Facial skin rejuvenation with folk remedies at home

To preserve the beauty and youthfulness of facial skin, it is absolutely not necessary to buy expensive creams and masks. Revitalization with folk remedies does not give the worst results, and sometimes their effectiveness surpasses even modern cosmetics of popular brands.

And before you rejuvenate your face with folk remedies, you need to be familiar with some of the rules for using them to help prevent skin problems in the future.

Basic rules for home rejuvenation

Folk rejuvenation recipes are only effective if used properly.

The word "correct" means that the following rules are followed:

effective means for rejuvenating facial skin
  • All ingredients used must be fresh. Otherwise, inflammation and irritation of the skin awaits you.
  • Use prepared home remedies immediately after preparation. The maximum validity is 3 hours.
  • Wash your face thoroughly with antibacterial soap before applying the prepared product. The active ingredients that make up the finished product almost instantly penetrate deep into the epidermis through the pores and "collect" everything on the skin's surface along the way. If it contains dirt, its microparticles penetrate the skin. The result is redness, inflammation, acne.
  • Do not use metal kitchen utensils when preparing masks. Upon contact with metal and oxygen, the products begin to oxidize and deteriorate rapidly, reducing the shelf life of the prepared mask and reducing its effectiveness.

These are simple rules that require you to follow folk skin rejuvenation measures. Now that you know how to use your grandmother’s beauty techniques, let’s talk about how to prepare them.

Mask Aging Recipes

Traditional facial rejuvenation methods do not require significant financial costs. Masks are made from a variety of ingredients found in every home. Let's start.

Grandma’s first anti-wrinkle recipe I’d like to say helps increase skin tone, moisturize and whiten. And this is the usual sour cream. And the fatter it is, the better. If you have a cream at home, you can use that as well.

These dairy products are high in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, which are essential for the skin to prevent aging. Sour cream or cream can be used alone. They need to be removed from the refrigerator and placed on the table for at least half an hour to warm to room temperature. The cream should then be applied to the skin for about 25 to 40 minutes. Residues of the liver should then be removed with a cotton swab dipped in warm milk.

Another grandmother’s face rejuvenation recipe that deserves respect. This is the use of aloe vera leaves with honey. The fleshy aloe leaves contain substances that contribute to skin regeneration and increase collagen synthesis. And honey relieves inflammation and has an antiseptic effect on the skin. But before you prepare a mask from these ingredients, you need to prepare aloe leaves in advance.

They should be wrapped in impermeable fabric and stored in the refrigerator for 10 to 14 days. They can then be used. The leaves may turn slightly black, there is nothing to worry about. Just cut off the darkened parts. Squeeze the juice from the aloe leaves and mix them with honey in equal parts. Apply the resulting mixture on the face for 15 minutes, and after the remaining mask, rinse with warm chamomile broth.

Multi-component masks for face rejuvenation

There are many ingredients in anti-wrinkle beauty recipes that are also very effective.

For example, a rejuvenating mask consisting of:

folk skin rejuvenating preparations
  • aloe vera juice - 1 teaspoon;
  • raw egg yolk (if the skin is oily, use protein);
  • oil solutions A and E - literally after ½ teaspoons;
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
  • honey - 1 teaspoon;
  • Pharmacy Glycerin - 1 Teaspoon

All of these components should be thoroughly mixed and the resulting mixture applied to the skin for approximately 15-20 minutes. You can wash the mask with plain warm water.

Another no less effective grandmother's wrinkle recipe should use the following ingredients:

  • oatmeal;
  • cream
  • ;
  • olive oil;
  • egg yolk;
  • wheat flour.

Oatmeal is used to make flour. You can use a coffee grinder for these purposes. Mix oatmeal with 2 tbsp. l. cream. Allow the resulting mass to stand a little so that it swells slightly. You can then add egg yolk and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. If the mass is quite thick, you do not need to add wheat flour. If you get a liquid, then add flour "from the eye" to it. The consistency of the mask should be similar to sour cream.

The resulting mixture should be applied to the skin of the face and left on for 30 minutes. The mask can then be washed off with warm milk or plain water.

There are other recipes for making aging masks. They are all good in their own way, but only effective if they are used regularly and for a long time. Keep in mind that folk facial rejuvenation measures work gradually, but give long-term results.
